With Christmas right around the corner I need to step up the workouts. I'm too scared to weigh myself because of all the junk and nastiness that I've been eating.
This weeks' workouts will be really similar to last weeks except with these added in:
I'm totally on the Denise Austin train. She kinda creeps me out and she talks really weird, but overall I always feel like I get a good workout from her. I will not be working out in a tee shirt and bikini bottoms though.
I'm the same way with the Firm's workouts. They are kinda weird and the ladies have this weird far off look in their eye that makes me think they may be some sort of fitness robots, but I always feel like I get a good workout.
