Eat What You Want Day

Since Blogger is being as moody as a 13 year old, I'm now finally able to post this.....even though it's been 2 days since Eat What You Want day.

According the the Hungry Girl and my co-workers Oriental Trading calendar, today is National Eat What You Want Day!

I celebrated accordingly with:

By the handfuls....I was ashamed


Chicken Enchilada Casserole right out of the oven.


So delicious.
