Weekly Work It Out

I'm majorly trying to get in shape for the holiday season, so from now on every Monday I'll be posting my workouts.  I'm trying to hold myself more accountable for my workouts, so these posts may be kinda boring but at least I'll be getting my butt off the couch......hopefully.

Afternoon workout is a break!

So far I've been able to get up and workout for the past 3 weeks, so it's pretty much normal routine now.  All of these workouts I have on my Netflix instant stream, so it's easy for me to get to them.

We'll see how it goes....


  1. I need to get my booty in gear. I have gained so much weight because I stopped working out. I seriously need to change that. xo
