Afternoon workout is a break!
So far I've been able to get up and workout for the past 3 weeks, so it's pretty much normal routine now. All of these workouts I have on my Netflix instant stream, so it's easy for me to get to them.
We'll see how it goes....
I need to get my booty in gear. I have gained so much weight because I stopped working out. I seriously need to change that. xo
