Mon:Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken
For some reason I've been craving buffalo wings all the time recently. I'm not a huge wing fan. They take forever to eat and you don't ever really get that much. This combines wings with something that's easy to eat. I might make it and eat it today I'm so excited about it.
Tues: Autumn Chopped Salad
I'm just now getting around to making this, but I've been wanting to try it out for a while. I'm sure KB won't be that big of a fan and will probably put some chicken or something on his, but even now and then I like to have something really light and fruity for dinner.
Wed: Crock Pot Egg Brunch Casserole
We've been eating eggs a lot recently and I don't want to stop. This looks cheesey and delicious. I'll be subbing out turkey bacon for regular bacon though. I like the texture of turkey bacon better than real bacon.
Thurs: Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie
By the time Thursday rolls around, I never really want to cook anything. This recipe uses canned chicken soup to make the base, so I don't even really have to cook anything. Yay for not cooking!
