Weekly Work It Out

This week will be pretty similar to last week with a few changes.

I've got this coming in from Netflix around Wednesday...

Denise Austin scares me a little bit with her weird voice and the fact that she never gets tired.  Maybe she's a robot.

I've also finished up with a few of the Netflix instant streaming 10 Minute Solutions videos, so I'll be subbing in this one...

This lady is a little weird, but maybe it's just me since I get up super early and most of the time I'm not really paying attention.

I didn't weigh myself this week, but it probably wouldn't have been pretty.  I ate 4 gingerbread cookies and a piece of apple pie today alone.  Shew.
