Here's what we'll be eating this week:
Mon: Rich French Onion Soup
I try not to repeat recipes, but I've actually made this before and really loved it. The onions get so good and oniony in this recipe and then the cheese and bread on top makes everything melty and gooey. I want to eat a big bowl right now.
Tues: Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken
KB is normally not a big fan of meat cooked with fruits, but I really like it - so he can deal for one day. I couldn't find plain tapioca in our grocery store, so hopefully it won't be too wonky without it.
Wed: Creamy Shrimp Rolls
Crab was majorly on sale at the grocery store this week, so I'll be subbing that in instead of shrimp. I've actually also made this recipe before and it was delish. I'm totally off my routine with the recipe repeats.
Thurs: Chopped Greek Salad
I haven't made this before, but I'm not really sure why not. It looks so delicious and I've had it hanging out in my recipes for a while. Feta cheese was way to expensive at the grocery store, so I just made sure to buy some really good Greek dressing that had lots of feta in it. KB will probably want some chicken or something on it. I guess since I'm making him eat cranberry chicken I can oblige.
