Mon: Chef Salad with Low Calorie Homemade Ranch Dressing
We have some romaine and red leaf lettuce leftover from last week, so I thought a nice chef's salad would be good. I'm also interested in trying out a new homemade ranch dressing recipe. It uses Greek yogurt and milk so I'm thinking it will be delicious and wonderful.
Tues: Ham, Pineapple and Cheddar Quiche
Wed: Huevos Rancheros
Thurs: French Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Bonus!: No Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
I made these yesterday and they were super easy and delicious. I added in some shredded coconut and wheat germ. It looks like it would be really easy to add in whatever you'd like.
